Chris Morgan and Andrew Lane started TV Boy in 2003 as a boutique production company that specialized in hidden camera productions. Since then, TV Boy’s portfolio of services has expanded to include non-hidden camera productions, technical consulting and equipment rentals.
Chris Morgan has been the Technical Supervisor for such shows as Next Food Network Star #3 and #4 and Bravo’s Tim Gunn’s Guide to Style: Season 2. He has also served as a Technical Director for several hidden camera shows, MTV’s Boiling Points, Nick at Nite’s Hi-Jinks and ABCNEWS’ What Would You Do? to name a few. Chris is a graduate of Ohio University with a BA in History and a BFA in Art History.
Andrew Lane was the Technical Director for the Burger King Whopper Freak Out commercial campaign. He was also the Hidden Camera Director of Photography for Office Max’s Schooled in both 2006 and 2007. In addition, Andrew was the Technical Manager for Bravo’s Make Me a Supermodel: Seasons 1 and 2 and served as a Technical Consultant for Discovery’s Storm Chasers. He is a graduate of the University of Texas at Austin with a BA in Advertising.
Nick Skolnick has freelanced with TV Boy since its inception and is now a full time employee. He was the Technical Director for several hidden camera projects including Nick at Nite’s High-Jinks and the Taco Bell Frutista Freeze viral video. Nick has also been the Technical Director for several What Would You Do? segments for ABC News. Originally from Long Island, NY, Nick attended Arizona State University and received dual BA degrees in both Psychology and Broadcast Business Management.
